1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us”: Refers to HARMONY PROSPER TRADING, registered in Malaysia.
“Platform”: The HARMONY PROSPER website (www.harmonyprosper.net) and mobile applications.
“Customer”, “You”: Any user purchasing goods through the Platform.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
2.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
2.2 For consumers in Malaysia: You may also pursue claims under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and the Sale of Goods Act 1957.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must provide accurate information (name, address, tax ID if applicable).
3.2 Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud.
4. International Orders
4.1 Customs & Taxes:
You are the importer of record and responsible for all duties, taxes, and local compliance.
We may collect Sales and Service Tax (SST) at checkout for Malaysian orders where applicable.
4.2 Restricted Items:
Certain products (e.g., lithium batteries) may be excluded from specific destinations.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Prices include Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable. International prices exclude import taxes.
5.2 Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay. Cryptocurrencies not accepted.
6. Delivery & Returns
6.1 Delivery Times:
Malaysia (Domestic): 1–3 business days
ASEAN Region: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
6.2 Returns: Subject to our Refund Policy. Cross-border returns require a completed customs form.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All Platform content (logos, product images) is owned by or licensed to HARMONY PROSPER TRADING.
7.2 User-generated reviews may be used for promotional purposes.
8. Liability Limitations
8.1 We are not liable for:
Delays caused by customs inspections
Product misuse
Third-party seller items (marked “Sold by [Seller Name]”)
8.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of the consumer guarantees under the Consumer Protection Act 1999; or (d) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
9. Data Protection
9.1 We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
9.2 By placing an order, you consent to:

Marketing emails (opt-out available)
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or Platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
